Our
Return Policy
At Green Door Health Fitness & Wellness Centre, items may be returned within 30 days
of receipt for a refund (less shipping and handling). Items must be
returned in new condition, in the original box with the manufacturer's
packaging or a restocking fee of 25% will apply. A return authorization
number is required for all returns. We cannot accept returns without
an authorization number. Please contact our Customer Service Center
at 1-800-334-2605 or E-mail info@greendoorwellness.com
to obtain a return authorization number.
You may return unopened
items within 30 days from the date that your item was received. In the
event that your shipment is damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory, please
contact us immediately for a resolution.
How do I return
an item?
You may ship the item(s) back via your preferred method, and we recommend
insuring the package for your protection. Green Door Wellness Centre
cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or misdirected in shipping.
We can only credit you for items received in our warehouse.
Once the item is
received and inspected, a credit will be issued or a new item will be
sent, as specified on your packing slip. Credits are processed within
2 weeks of receipt of return.
